OUR TECHNOLOGY

All of BOBIGES’ chassis are made from common structural profiles available on the market and laser-cut sheet metal, creating a metalwork structure which, welded and thermally stabilised, becomes a module ready for machining, ensuring chassis solidity, stability and geometrical quality. The robustness and stability of our chassis means that BOBIGES can provide greater winding quality, the chassis readily absorbing the kinetic energy generated by the sudden acceleration and braking of large masses of copper or aluminium.

The control and management elements on our machines, based on CNC architecture, make the work of motors, actuators and systems easier. Interfaces (touch screens) and in-house software adapted to customer requirements are both incorporated.

Finally, the integral management of all the control architecture allows BOBIGES to manage the entire automation system by remote control, thereby lending stability to production processes.
